The Hub is available to an active private Knowledge Centre subscriber or an active LUCIDITY LMIS end user.
Each request displays a Secure Session Number and emails a matching, single-use link to the registered email address.

Use only the email carrying the same Secure Session Number. The link asks you to confirm access, works once only and expires after 15 minutes.
